Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Leh

Early morning board flight to Leh. Upon arrival at the Leh Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy simple and light lunch today at your respective hotels.

 

Since you are arriving at 11000 ft, we strongly recommend taking complete rest and drink ample water on the first day where you should not indulge yourself in any strenuous activity. Rest of the day is free to acclimatize to the high altitude of Leh. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 - Sham Valley Tour - Hall Of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Sangam (70kms round trip | approx 4 Hrs)

After breakfast, we will drive alongside bank of Indus river till Sangam, to witness the the conflicts of Zanskar river and Indus River. Enroute we will be visiting Hall of Fame (which has a museum of the Kargil War memorabilia), Magnetic Hill (where the cars defy gravity) and GurdwaraPathar Sahib. Later in the afternoon visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Return to your hotel and relax for the day.

Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 - Leh To Khardung La To Nubra Valley

Today post breakfast check out of the hotel and we will start our journey to Nubra Valley through Khardungla, which is the World’s highest motor able road at 18,832 feet above sea level.

 

Nubra Valley is the Oasis of Ladakh as you see some colourful trees in this region. Later reach your camp, check in and enjoy your lunch. Post lunch visit the Hunder sand dunes and get the sight of the Double Hump Bactrian camels (camel ride to be on direct payment basis), enjoy leisure time at the Sand Dunes of Nubra valley spread across Hundur Village. Later in the evening, return to your respective camps. Dinner and Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4 - Nubra To Turtuk and back to Nubra

Today Turtuk is the last outpost of Indian controlled Ladakh, after which Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistanbegins.The village is one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier.Turtuk is known for its varieties of fruits, especially apricots.

Day 5 - Nubra to Pangong

After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake at 14, 500 ft. via Agham and Shyok village and reach Pangong Lake. Pangong, the highest salt water lake in the world. Take in the breath-taking views and setting of the blue lake set amidst the lofty Himalaya Mountains.

 

Check in to your respective camps and enjoy your lunch. Later in the afternoon, spend time on your own at leisure. A popular location for many Bollywood movies, enjoy some unique moments and don’t forget to click some nice pictures. Dinner and Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 6 - Pangong To Leh (150 Kms / Approx 06-07 Hrs)

After sunrise, enjoy your breakfast and check out of the camp and drive back to Leh. Reach Leh by afternoon, check into hotel and relax.

 

Evening at leisure, you may opt to visit the local market to buy souvenirs for your near and dear ones (pick up and drop to the market will be on direct payment basis). Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7 - Departure From LEH

After breakfast, depart to Leh airport to board the flight back for onward journey with beautiful memories.

Day 8 - PADUM TO LEH VIA LINGSHED

Today we will be heading to leh via 2 passes. Sirsirla and Singhela pass. Further Lamayuru and finally leh.

Day 9 - LEH LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Local sightseeing in Leh city.
